There is no ‘one type’ of Wolf Scholar. We are committed to building an exceptional community of scholars who bring a broad range of perspectives and backgrounds to the program.
You are a leader at school, in your local community or at work. You take initiative and craft creative solutions where others see obstacles. You influence and inspire others to achieve. When you set goals, you follow through with drive, hard work, collaboration, and an open mind. You face challenges with optimism and resilience.
You ask thoughtful questions and strive to understand the wider world. You actively seek out new ideas, experiences, and perspectives. The academic rigour and intellectual depth required of the Wolf Scholars program excites you. You are keen to contribute positively to and learn from your Wolf Scholars peers and the broader U of T community.
You act with humility, honesty, and empathy. You are self-aware and understand how your actions and words impact others. You uplift and empower those around you. You make the most of every opportunity and you have a desire to create meaningful impact, locally and globally.
